Willow’s Race Against Time
Willow has suffered a lot on General Hospital, and sadly, the end of her troubles still seems out of sight. The delay in her cancer treatment has landed her in a terrible place, and no medication can help her at this point. Her only hope for survival is a bone marrow transplant. Initially, finding a donor seemed like a distant dream for Willow, as she has no living bio family. Or so she thought! Things changed a drastic change when Carly finally let the cat out of the bag that Nina is Willow’s birth mom.
As much as the news devastated Willow personally, it still brought everyone hope that Nina would be her match on General Hospital. Unfortunately, Nina’s test came back negative. Then, Willow’s second hope also crashed when the stem cell transplant from her newborn baby’s umbilical cord also failed. Willow now feels that her death is set in stone. Now all she wants is to spend her remaining days fulfilling her final wishes. However, Nina is in no mood to give up. She wants to use her magazine to start a search for a new donor for Willow. However, the latest General Hospital spoilers hint that she may not have to! As one of her family members is about to test positive as Willow’s match! But can the transplant be done on time? Or is it too late?
Dr. Liesl Obrecht Saves Willow On General Hospital
Nina is devastated by how things are moving on General Hospital for her daughter Willow. However, she is about to receive some really uplifting news from her aunt. The fact that Willow is Nina’s daughter makes her Liesl’s grand-niece. Hence, she decided to get herself tested for the possibility of being a match for Willow. Liesl will visit Nina and inform her about the test and that she is waiting for the result to come back positive. This will give Nina’s hope of saving Willow a new lease of life. She will feel grateful for Liesl’s efforts and thank her for it.
When Liesl had visited Willow earlier, she had seemed more receptive of Liesl than she is of Nina on General Hospital. So if Liesl turns out to be a positive match, Willow will feel grateful and willing to accept her bone marrow. This might even soften her toward Liesl’s hope of fixing the bond between Willow and Nina. However, some General Hospital spoilers suggest that Willow’s health might take a sudden turn for the worse. Will Liesl get her results back in time to be able to save Willow? Or will this spark of hope also extinguish like the ones before? Stay tuned to the upcoming episodes of General Hospital to find out!
