Keeping in mind how Cyrus’s name is being tossed around in General Hospital lately, this doesn’t come as a shock. The latest General Hospital Comings and Goings reveal that Jeff Kober is coming back to reprise his role as the big baddie Cyrus Renault. While Cyrus might be behind bars, that doesn’t mean that he will stop stirring trouble in Port Charles. General Hospital spoilers suggest that Cyrus will cause havoc in many lives while being behind bars.
As for what he would do, spoilers suggest that the first task on his list will be to crash Jason and Carly’s wedding. There has been a lot of speculation that when Cyrus makes his way back to Port Charles, not only will he target Jarly, but Sasha might be in danger once again. Cyrus is a big-time baddie, and it looks like he will stir a lot of trouble once he is back.
GH viewers would know when soaps chatted with Kober during Daytime Emmy events; the actor had implied that Cyrus would spend all his waking hours behind the bar to find a way to get out. Then, Kober also suggested that Cyrus might find religion and come back as an itinerant preacher. So, it looks like while Cyrus’s appearance might change, he will still be the big old villain at heart.
We don’t yet know when Cyrus would appear on the canvas again, but it looks like it will be sometime this September.
