The father-son duo of General Hospital, Michael and Sonny’s relationship is not a bed of roses. Michael had been actively trying to sabotage Sonny, although he is his father. Agreed that Sonny hasn’t always been the dad of the year, but the man tries! However, in real life, Maurice and Chad’s rapport is much better than their on-screen one! Maurice is seen pulling Chad’s legs in one of his recent videos. They both were wittily promoting Maurice’s YouTube show in that video. General Hospital: Put The Hat On! Maurice Pushes Chad
General Hospital star Maurice Benard recently shared a video on his Instagram to promote his YouTube show, “State of Mind.” In that, he is funnily teasing Chad Duell to wear a State of Mind hat! But Chad refuses to put it on and complains that his TV dad always asks him to wear his “merchandise.” Well, a funny little banter goes on here, and Michael even tries to wager that his Agent won’t approve! Benard started demanding Duell to wear the hat – “Put the hat, put the hat on – PUT THE HAT ON!” Finally, Duell gave in and put the hat on. Maurice also captioned this post, saying that Chad is incredibly supportive and eager to do whatever he needs him to do.
General Hospital actor recently posted another witty video on his Instagram before Chad’s. Maurice is a great host of State of Mind and funnily promotes it. He is seen in Zamprogna’s room wearing the State of Mind hat and all ready to promote the show. He asked Zamprogna to wear a t-shirt for him and said it was not for promotion. Eventually, Zamprogna tried it on and replied that it says “State of Mind.” Interestingly, Zamprogna is wearing only Calvin Klein underwear in the video, and he insists Benard not post the video. Benard assures him he will not, but we all know what happened!
Although he is a flawed character in General Hospital, Maurice, in real life, is a great host! He seeks a path to enlighten the public about mental health on State of Mind. This conversation is very much required in today’s times, and Benard is doing well at it. Moreover, the show is a grand success, considering that it has crossed 100k subscribers!
