General Hospital star Haley Pullos had a near-death experience in April following a fatal car accident. The actress was arrested initially. We know that she has also been sued by the other driver, Courtney Wilder. Although the actress is recovering in a rehabilitation center, now the proceedings have moved forward. The latest scoop reveals that she has plead NOT GUILTY for involving in a misdemeanor count of hit and run. Haley Pullos has been officially charged for the drunk and drive case. Therefore, the preliminary hearing is reportedly set for the next month.

On April 29, 2023, Haley Pullos drove the wrong way and hit another car going around 60 MPH. Despite the severe crash, no one was killed, but the other driver filed a lawsuit against her. During the investigation, the authorities found edible marijuana and mini-bottles of tequila in Haley’s car leading to the arrest. She was also clearly intoxicated, with a blood alcohol content reading of .08. Immediately, she was charged with one felony count of DUI. A month later, Daily Mail reported that Haley was seen entering Malibu Detox and Residential Treatment Center along with her dad.
“I will be back as soon as possible,” the actress told Soap Opera Digest before the crash news went public.
