The Dingles are still unknown about Tom’s attack on Belle, but till when? As the threat intensifies with time, their engagement might not be as joyous as it appears. Dingles are known for their fierce loyalty, so there’s no chance they would forgive Tom when the truth comes out. So, are you excited for this storm in the Dingle household that could alter their family connections forever?
Emmerdale: James Chase Reveals That Dingles Would Ensure That Tom Is ‘Dead’
Tom King (James Chase) and Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) are set to engage in a festive romantic proposal. But their past continues to cast a shadow on their future. Earlier, we saw Tom King getting physically violent with Belle Dingle after she rejected his proposal. But later, she chose to move on and even give their relationship a second chance. In the New Year’s Eve episode, she planned a proposal for him with the help of Torvill and Dean.
The Emmerdale Tom King actor James Chase shared that the proposal was totally unexpected for Tom. He said, “I think he’s definitely surprised when she does. He’s incredibly happy, and it does reaffirm everything. They were childhood sweethearts.” While Eden Taylor-Draper said, “She’s just like, wow, everything’s amazing, I’m so in love with you.” But let’s remember Dingles are not as forgiving as Belle. The actress made a shocking statement. She revealed, “Belle wouldn’t tell them for one simple reason: ‘He would be dead.”
Dingles Are A Family- On And Off-Screen!
The Emmerdale actress also talked about her journey on the show. She has been filming with all the Dingles for the past 20 years. Eden shared, “We are like literally a family.” She revealed that they talk all the time, and she is blessed to have them. She added, “I am close to everyone. I’m close to Emma [Atkins]. There’s literally no age gap. I feel like we’re just the same age as sisters, and we hang out all the time.”
The ITV soap actress expressed that when she was entering the set of Emmedale for the first time, she had no idea that she’d be filming marriage proposal scenes 20 years later. She shared, “I’d just turn up to work with a really tall guy who was called Marlon. That was literally my childhood, every time.” She opened up about Lydia’s rape storyline. The Emmerdale star expressed her delight at how Dingles collectively dealt with Lydia’s rapist Craig Reed (Ben Addis).
Hence, Tom should be worried about what happens when Dingles finds out about his violent behavior towards Belle. Fortunately, for now, Belle has decided not to reveal it to her family. Eden stated, “Obviously, that was a major thing that happened, but after, it’s been so positive. It’s one of those things where she’s quickly forgotten that. From that moment on, we’ve been on a good path.” Let us find out what happens next. Till then, stay tuned to the TV Season & Spoilers for more Emmerdale updates!
