The actress Beth Cordingly reflected on her character’s approach to the Dingles. She acknowledged that Ruby’s ‘rebel’ behavior has often concerned her relationship with Caleb. The soap star stated, “She’s never learned about the art of diplomacy.” Hence, she is finding it difficult to get along with his newfound family.
