Weeks back, it was revealed through Emmerdale spoilers that Rhona will eventually grow close to baby Ivy. Her mother, Mary warned her multiple times not to get attached to Ivy as he will have to leave at the end of the day. However, after Gus left, things took an unexpected turn. Both Mary and Rhona’s husband, Marlon, have become fond of the baby. Rhona already started planning the future of the family with baby Ivy. However, a call from Gus ruined everything.
Now, Rhona is trying all the tips and tricks to fool Gus into not coming back soon. Rhona actress Zoe Henry said that Rhona is on the right way to keep Gus away. The soap star reveals, “She’s played on his insecurities because he’s said, “I’ve been seeing a counselor, and they said I’ve got to be 100% strong.” And she’s like, “Yeah, and if you’re not, you’ll just set yourself right back again, and you’ve got to put Ivy first.”.” She tries to keep the secret to herself but later ends up confessing the truth. Mary hits her with the reality that she has no legal right over baby Ivy, and she’ll have to let Gus take him.
