Lydia Dingle has left Emmerdale but worry not- it’s a temporary exit. Recently, Lydia found out the truth behind Crag’s death. Lydia was devastated after learning that her friend Kim Tate had lied to her all this while. In the episode of December 8, 2023, Sam was shocked as Kim framed him for murdering Craig initially. Lydia said, “All everyone seems to do to me these days is lie. I’ve got no idea who I can trust anymore, Sam.”
Amidst Kim and Lydia’s blossoming friendship, this was the worst thing to find out. Sam suggested making things better between them before Lydia reminded him that he did beat Craig before he died.
