After finding out about her boyfriend’s affair with his ex, Chloe planned to dump him. But fate had other plans. Chloe, along with her boyfriend, Mackenzie Boyd, and his ex, Charity Dingle, met with a horrific car crash. Mack from Emmerdale had to choose between Chloe and his ex when the car was hanging over a cliff edge. He chose Charity, and Chloe fell to the ground below. Chloe suffered serious injuries, but thanks to an air ambulance that immediately airlifted her to hospital. She was saved by performing surgery, but she remained in a coma.
In the latest episode, Mack told Charity that he loved her. He asked her to be in a relationship with him again. Charity rejected his proposal.
