If there is one character who has had the toughest life on EastEnders, it is Whitney Dean, hands down. Ever since she arrived in Walford, as a teen, she has been facing setbacks after setbacks. Unfortunately, it appears as though the curse is still not lifted. Recently, she and Zack chose to enter the realm of Foster care, after losing their baby girl-Peach. They took in little Ashton as their Foster baby.
Unfortunately, the kid could not settle in their home. While, Zack too, struggled to form a connection with him on EastEnders. Thus, the young boy is being moved to a new foster home. The spoilers reveal that he will settle down well in the new home. While, Whitney will be happy to see photos of him happy elsewhere, it would still break her heart that she had to lose yet another child.
Will This New Heartbreak Push Whitney to Leave Walford on EastEnders?
The latest spoilers reveal that after the setback, Whitney will remain devastated on EastEnders. Meanwhile, Zack too, will continue to drown his sorrows in alcohol. In the upcoming episodes, Whitney visits the allotment to spend time at Peach’s tree. However, she is interrupted by Yolande. Seeing Whitney grieve the loss of her foster son, the older and wiser lady shares her own experience about fostering. Something that Yolande shares moves Whitney, and she instantly takes a decision.
Perhaps a life altering one, she then heads back home to have a word with Zack on EastEnders. But what could this sudden and poignant decision be? We know that actress Shona McGarty has exited the BBC One soap, and has already filmed her final scenes. Which are slated to be aired within a few weeks after Christmas.
So could it be that Whitney decides to move away from Walford? A town that is certainly home but also the place that gave her so many heartbreaks. Perhaps she may feel that this is time for a fresh start in a new place. But will Zack be up for it? Or could this also mark the end of their relationship? We guess we will have to wait and find out!
