TV Season & Spoilers had previously reported that a massive fire is set to break out in Walford on EastEnders. For several weeks now, speculations had been rife over who would be in the helm of the fire, and who would end up being casualty to it. Many names came up for possible victims, such as Kathy, Karen and Rocky. In fact, owing to his debts, Rocky’s name also came up as the one to start the fire. Although, Nish Panesar was in the running for it too! But now, we bring to you several concrete answers to your questions! So keep reading to find out all the details about the Cafe fire!
Currently, Rocky is in a severely sticky situation on EastEnders. After blowing up all his money in gambling, he has made his and Kathy’s already meager situation all the more dire. In an attempt to keep his financial crisis a secret from Kathy, Rocky accepted a loan from Nish Panesar. This, perhaps, has to be his worst mistake by far on the BBC One soap. In fact, it is going to cost him rather dearly soon enough! Finding himself unable to pay back Nish’s loan, Rocky tried renegotiating the repayment terms with Nish. Hoping we would take pity on him.
Alas! taking pity and cutting people slack is not really Nish’s style on EastEnders. The spoilers for next week tease that staying true to his nature, Nish tells Rocky that changing the terms of their agreement will cost him way too much. He then goes on to suggest a rather twisted plan. Nish tells Rocky that he should steal a car from the dealership and sell it to get the cash. Rocky entertains the idea for a while but tosses it after meeting his boss Jay in the hospital. Rocky just can’t find it in his heart to do that to Jay right after his near-fatal accident.
Unfortunately, that does nothing to help his own situation on EastEnders. Thus, when he realizes the trouble a faulty fuse box in the cafe is giving Kathy, an idea pops in his head. He contemplates setting the cafe ablaze and make it look like an accident. And the use the insurance money to cover his debts. The plans sounds just about fine on paper. But are these things ever so simple in real life? Rocky will learn the hard way that they are not! The spoilers reveal that Rocky does manage to succssfully set fire to the cafe!
However, Kathy’s grandson Bobby notices the flames building inside. He rushes into the cafe, hoping to extinguish the fire, but the whole establishment blows up rendering him unconscious. Bobby gets trapped inside the flaming cafe. Things seem really bad for Bobby. What will happen next? Will someone be able to save the young lad, or will he heart breakingly perish in the fire?
