EastEnders: Will the Six Figure Out a Way?
The Christmas Day episode unveiled the highly-anticipated flashforward mystery that had us all on the edge of our seats for many months. We found out that the cold body was actually Keanu’s. Linda Carter had stabbed Keanu. The latter killed the mechanic in the Queen Vic to protect Sharon Watts. But now that it is done, the six – Linda Carter, Sharon Watts, Suki Panesar, Stacey Slater, Denise Fox, and Kathy Cotton – are pondering on ways to deal with it. Scenes from the preview for January 8 reveal their attempts to relocate Taylor’s body.
The women panic when the construction workers show up at the café to initiate the restoration work. Suki quickly resorts to stalling them. Meanwhile, Linda can’t help but start to break down with Stacey coming forward to support her emotionally. In addition, Denise attempts to make further advancements in their plan to hide the body. But Jack hinders her plans as he introduces Penny to her. Penny has recently come back to Walford after staying overseas for several years.
Linda is absorbed in the cocktail of misery at the Vic. Denise isn’t reacting well to her behaviour. Kathy foresees a simmering discord between them and chooses to intervene. She encourages the group to mull over. The women again assemble at the café to execute their plan. Will the Six be able to get away with the deadly crime?
Viewers are putting forward numerous theories. Some are expecting Nish or Rocky to be framed. While others are still saying that Keanu didn’t die as the Six never declared him dead.
