Harvey Monroe finally has a new friend. EastEnders viewers know that Jean Slater wanted Harvey to make more friends after he was alone. Soon after their discussion, Harvey met a woman at a football match and became acquainted.
TV season & spoilers had already revealed that Bharti Patel is all set to play Maya’s role. She is known for her role in BBC One’s show, Doctors. The spoilers reveal in the upcoming week, there will be a lot of drama around the newcomer in Walford.
Once Harvey realises that he has lost Maya’s number, he takes Tommy’s help to find her online. She gets furious at him for invading her privacy, but Harvey apologises to her and convinces her to stay for one drink with him.
We saw Maya telling Harvey that she lost her husband last year, and their connection deepened. Harvey also wants to introduce Maya to Jean, but Kat is suspicious of their connection.
When Maya leaves Walford, she forgets her hat, and when Harvey tries to message her online, he is baffled to find that the account was deleted. This makes us wonder if she is hiding something or has some dark secret.
