Dean has been trying to step up as a father ever since Jade popped back into Walford. But things got out of control when Dean went too harsh on Jade and tried to control her. EastEnders spoilers reveal that Jade continues with her efforts to gain freedom by setting her father up on a date with a lady named Fern.
However, things will go south when Amy spots the duo and exposes Dean’s troubled past before the lady. EastEnders spoilers disclose that Jade is guilt-ridden about her impending move to Pakistan with Shabnam. Moreover, she struggles to muster up courage and break the news to Dean. Finally, Jean encourages her, and Jade confronts Dean at Beales Eels.

Jade Masood is the daughter of Dean Wicks and Shabnam Kazemi. She made her debut on June 12, 2015. Actress Amaya Edward played Jade’s part from 2015 to 2016, followed by Elizabeth Green from 2023 onwards.
Jade was born due to a fling between Shabnam and Dean and was originally named Roya Masood. However, she ended up named Jade Green after ditching foster care. EastEnders spoilers remember Shabnam spilling the beans about her daughter to Stacey Slater.
Finally, Dean discovered he was her dad and fought for Jade’s custody. They won and later changed her last name to “Wicks” after a DNA test confirmed the paternity. Cut to the present, Jade returned to Walford as she needed a lung transplant because of cystic fibrosis.
But EastEnders spoilers verify that Jade wasn’t very happy to meet her dad. And despite Gina’s beef with Dean, Jade hit it off with her over their shared experience of having absent parents. However, Jade was left disgusted when she learned about Dean’s assault from Linda.
Furthermore, Jade finally got her transplant done, ditching the oxygen tube by January. In the back of her mind, she couldn’t buy Linda’s story and stopped by to see Dean. Then, one day, she had a mishap on Bridge Street and helped back to Dean’s by Honey Mitchell and Jean Slater.
