The aftermath of Dean’s proposal was not at all pleasant, as the Knight family left no stone unturned to bash Gina. The lady gave Dean a chance by believing that he was over Linda. He also dismissed the rape allegation on him. However, her family wouldn’t have it. Nevertheless, Gina stood up for herself and warned her family that they couldn’t control her. It just didn’t stop here! Gina also threw cutting remarks at Dean for going against her wish to keep their relationship low-key.
Afterward, cunning Dean manipulated Gina into giving him another chance. The couple made their first outing, but Amy Mitchell being nearby gave Gina food for thought. She revealed it wasn’t only about Dean’s dark past with Linda. He also forced himself against Amy’s mother, Roxy Mitchell. Alas, love is blind – Gina tried defending her new boyfriend, pointing out that Roxy tried to poison him. In her response to Gina, Amy said, “Don’t think my mum was some kind of pushover.” Added, “She was exactly like you — strong, fearless. That didn’t stop him though, did it?” Lastly, Amy warned her that Dean is capable of destroying people’s lives given his history.
