Rita shared a light-hearted take on the possibility of her character returning to the London-based soap. She revealed that fans have sent her believable scripts about how her character could come back.
Moreover, the EastEnders legend joked about the soap tradition of bringing back characters from the dead, citing Dean and Cindy’s example. She’s like, “I think in soap, when you get asked to go in a coffin, you say no. I did!” The soap star spoke about embracing her new role in Hollyoaks and feeling right at home there. “I’m so comfortable there. So, for now, I love where I am.”
