The 36-year-old EastEnders Actor, James Farrar took his to Instagram stories and shared videos about #mentalhealthawarenessweek. He told 95k of his followers that he is constantly obsessing over what needs to be done next.
‘And it can really…. consume is the word. I feel consumed by it, but at the minute I’m alright. I just wanted to share that and say if you relate or if you have other things going on, it’s nothing too small; reach out to a mate,’ he added.
