The moment fans had been waiting for has finally arrived on BBC One’s EastEnders. The very much alive and about to be kicking, Cindy Beale, is back in Walford. While, fans have celebrated this unexpected revival of her character, it is unlikely that the Walford residents will have the same reaction. The latest spoilers have already suggested that upon her return, Cindy will have a massive showdown with her former mother-in-law, Kathy Cotton. Cindy Meets The Knights
In the upcoming episodes, the entire Knight family will be preparing for a grand extravaganza for Anna’s birthday. After all, it is not every year that you turn 21! Thus, Gina will take Anna away for a glam up sess at Fox & Tail on EastEnders. Meanwhile, George, with the rest of them, will rush to turn The Vic into a Spanish Fiesta. Of course, he will also feel a little lost and overwhelmed by the fact that Rose will be missing yet another milestone with their family.
That’s when he will bump into Cindy and Ian on EastEnders. George will be shocked by the encounter. But when Cindy reveals that she didn’t know he was in Walford, his heart will break. He will then lie to her about their daughter’s being in Spain, hoping to protect them from heartbreak. However, the truth won’t stay hidden for too long, and the mother and daughters will come face-to-face soon enough. Later in the week, Cindy will arrive at The Vic, not knowing that Anna’s birthday party is underway. The girls will be shocked to see their mother.
Anna & Gina Learn The REAL TRUTH About Cindy’s Return On EastEnders
Post an explosive confrontation, Anna and Gina will bolt off from The Vic to Peggy’s on EastEnders. George will be horrified by the outcome of their meeting and chase after his daughters. However, his worst fears will come true when he sees what has transpired at Peggy’s. But what could have happened in such a short time? We guess we will have to wait and find out. But another thing that remains to be seen is why exactly Cindy left behind her life as Rose.
Sure, she told Ian that her witness protection had ended. But is that reason enough to abandon your daughters? We guess not! So then, why? Could this have something to do with Cindy finding out about Lucy’s death on EastEnders? It was about 9 years ago. The timelines match. But again, why? We know that Cindy was running away from a woman. Is it possible that all this while she was under the assumption that the woman killed Lucy? Perhaps she abandoned Anna and Gina to keep them safe from her!
Now, she may have found out that it was actually Bobby who killed Lucy and not the woman on EastEnders. Maybe that is why she had been insisting again and again about returning! What do you think?
