Maguire appeared in the show’s pilot episode titled “Arriving in Paradise” as Marlon Collins in 2011. Finally, Death in Paradise will welcome back the EastEnders alum for their first episode of the new season. The opening statement will have Commissioner Selwyn shot by an anonymous assailant. The team will grit their teeth to find the perpetrator, hoping the beloved Commissioner will survive.
