Earlier this year, EastEnders aired a rather passionate romance between Suki Panesar and Even Unwin. However, the fervent affair was cut short when Suki’s son, Vinny, found out about his mother’s extra-marital tryst. Once Suki called off her relationship with Eve, Vinny agreed to keep the incident a secret from his murderous father. But when have secrets ever stayed buried in Walford East? Sooner or later, they have a way of spilling out! The BBC One soap’s boss, Chris Clenshaw, teased to the media that all hell is about to break loose for Suki, Nish and Eve soon.
“I think it’s really clear that they are destined to be together,” Chris commented on Suki and Eve’s future on EastEnders. But the two ladies can only be together if the truth about their relationship comes to the surface. Which means, we are steadily heading towards a heated love triangle between Suki, Eve and Nish. Suki had called off her affair with her lover, just to keep her family intact. However, in one of the more recent episodes, Nish proved that he can never change. When Suki mentioned that she believes Ravi is Ranveer’s killer, Nish gripped her throat and pushed into submission.
Suki and Eve Get Exposed on EastEnders
This incident can go a long way in pushing Suki back on the path that eventually leads her to find solace in Eve. Chris pointed to the media that Suki is a different woman when she is with Eve. Perhaps this is why we are all rooting for them to be together. And that might exactly be what’s coming next. Chris Clenshaw revealed that EastEnders newcomer Priya will play a pivotal role in exposing Suki and Eve’s affair to Nish. The second she had set foot in Walford, we knew she would be a trouble maker. In fact, she had taken an instant dislike for Suki almost immediately after meeting her.
The two of them come from very different worlds, and have been constantly clashing with each other on Eastenders. Moreover, Priya has also been exhibiting an interest in Nish. So it makes total sense that she will be the one to stir the pot between him and Suki. What remains to be seen is how he reacts when he finds out that Suki has been cheating on him.
