It’s been a few years since Josh Duggar’s CSAM Case came into the limelight and shocked the whole nation. After the Homeland Security agents raided the reality star’s car dealership, they found his PC contained child p*rnography. Hence, after a long trial, the court found him guilty in 2020 for the charge of possessing and receiving CSAM. It was a major shock for Duggar News viewers.
Since then, Josh has been serving a 12-year prison sentence. They also had to extend it by a few months after they caught him with contraband. Despite the heinous nature of the crime, the former TV celeb had a team of lawyers, constantly filing appeals. Well, the Supreme Court finally revealed its verdict and rejected the appeal. There has been no elaboration about the decision behind this so far.
