The show was a hit, receiving insane ratings and views. It looks like fans of the series have another reason to rejoice, as a new season of Shiny Happy People is in production.
As per the details on georgia.org’s site, the second season of Shiny Happy People is listed under the “filming” list. It was under the reality TV category. The previous season was very insightful as the producers also brought in siblings and relatives from the Duggar family, like Jinger and Deana Duggar, along with Amy King, who shared their traumatic experiences and abuse stories.
So far, Amazon has not yet revealed whether there will be a new season. But Duggar News followers are positive that the OTT platform will make an announcement when the show goes into post-production. There is already a lot of buzz surrounding the new season, especially on Reddit.
