It has been a while since Joy-Anna and Austin Forsyth have been living in California. They relocated for work, but now it seems that they have officially parted ways with Arkansas. TheSun recently revealed that the couple has sold out their “marital” house in Arkansas, and guess what? They made PROFIT!
Joy-Anna and Austin locked their deal on March 18, and they got $381,000. Apparently, this is more than what they were asking in 2024. The couple was initially demanding $369,000 when they put their house on the market on August 9, 2024. However, they didn’t get a good deal, they temporarily took it off the market and listed it again on November 18, 2024.
Joy-Anna and Austin’s Arkansas house is 1,737 square feet and sits on .96 acres of land. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a yard that opens directly onto Kessler Mountain Regional Park. It further has an “expansive porch” that is perfect for guests or for simply enjoying the surroundings and beauty of nature.
But what about the house’s history? Well, Joy-Anna’s father, Jim Bob, bought this house for $30,000 in December 2010. He then passed it on to his daughter and sold it for only $10 in September 2019. Since then, the couple has been living in their marital house, and they welcomed their kids. Joy-Anna and Austin lived there for almost 5 years before they announced their California move on social media. They are currently living with Jinger, and they are making new memories together.
