Duggar News: Josh Duggar Living A Lavish Life In Prison Dorm

It’s been a few years since Josh Duggar went to prison for his CSAM case. After breaking some laws again within the correctional unit, he also had his sentence extended by 2 months. It turns out, his prison, FCI Seagoville has a reward system for inmates. If they have jobs or have been at their best behavior, they get assigned to a dorm room.

The dorm has lots of facilities like washers and dryers, microwaves, and more. It also includes freshly painted walls and Josh is also getting fresh flowers delivered to him. Duggar News followers know it must be because of his celebrity status. As per Josh’s track reocord of having contraband and going to SHU, he shouldn’t be eligible to be in the form. Meanwhile another inmate from the came correctional unit filed a lawsuit against it for inhumane and unhygienic conditions there.

Duggar News followers should know that not all that glitters is gold. While Josh Duggar is enjoying his time in his luxury prison dorm, his fellow inmates have been suffering. One of them even filed a lawsuit against FCI Seagoville. Jua-Deno Peterson did so on February 26, 2024 as the conditions in the prison gave him “mental distress.”

In an email he sent to the warden on November 8, 2023, Jua-Deno listed his complaints. He mentioned that staff denied him medical care, serves food placed near trash, have verbally abused him, and created more problems with communication and health services. In another email that day, Jua-Deno said he had not received medical attention for seizures for three days.

The inmate also complained on November 7, 2023, about food being stored next to trash and mentioned hearing about food trays with maggots.On November 22, 2023, he wrote to the warden again, saying he had to live with raw sewage for over 24 hours. Jua-Deno asked for nearly $495,000 in damages.

However, the court later discovered that he was no longer at FCI Seagoville and had not provided a new address. On February 28, 2024, the court warned him to update his address, or his case will be dismissed. Well, that’s what happened on May 16, 2024 when he failed to give details about his new location.
