Duggar News: Josh Duggar Released From Special Prison Earlier Than Expected!
Josh Duggar was found guilty in 2021 for his disturbing crimes. As a result, the court declared he would serve time in prison for 12 and a half years. Hence, the felon is now in the Federal Correctional Institution in Seagoville, Texas. The previous update revealed that Duggar was caught with an illegal phone. This led to an increase in his prison sentence by a few months. He also had to spend time in the Special Housing Unit (SHU) of the prison for all the inmates who broke the rules despite being in prison.
Well, the source also revealed that Josh Duggar was locked in the SHU with someone by the name of Joe Dirty. The latter earned this name because of his poor hygiene. Hence, Duggar News suggests that Josh was thrilled after discovering he would be released from the SHU earlier than expected. Well, such a thing happened because of “overcrowding.” As his roommate was trans, too, Josh was not fine with his stay at the SHU. The ones who have followed the Duggar family for a long time must know that they have always been anti-LGBTQ and are unafraid to voice this.
After his illegal phone fiasco, Josh is also not allowed commissary privileges and visitation rights for as many as 180 days. In fact, his prison sentencing also increased by a few months because of the rule break.
