But slowly, some controversy or the other keeps them in the headlines. One such person is Jason.

It turns out Jason Duggar, like all his other siblings, has become an adult. He recently tied the knot with his girlfriend, Maddie Grace. Apart from that, he was making headlines again as someone accused him of having an invalid license, and also, it’s due to negligence, fraud, breach of contract, and warranties. Well, Jason finally acted on it and asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit!

Duggar News: Jason Duggar Faces Lawsuit For Illegal Contractor License Along With Negligence & Fraud!

Jason Duggar is in legal trouble because he might have acted carelessly and dishonestly. Some court documents show that a person bought a house from a company called Madison Holding, LLC, where Jason was supposed to be the contractor. However, they couldn’t find his contractor’s license in Arkansas, which suggests he may not be a licensed contractor after all.

The Duggar News star allegedly misled the buyer by claiming he was licensed and had done repairs according to their agreement. Viewers didn’t expect such a thing. But the Plaintiff i.e., Mark Thompson, filed the lawsuit in September 2024. Duggar and Madison Holding, LLC. Now, Jason has finally responded to the lawsuit and pleaded with the court to dismiss it!

Duggar News: Jason Duggar Requests For Lawsuit Dismissal From Court!

As Duggar News fans already know, Jason Duggar has been facing charges against him for not fulfilling the repairs he had to for a house under Madison Holding LLC. The Plaintiff also accused him of having an illegal contractor license. He said that Duggar was cooperative up until mid-2024. He then suggested the plaintiff get the repairs done from elsewhere.

Madison Holding, the company involved in the lawsuit, responded by denying the claims and said they followed all the terms of the contract. They want the lawsuit to be dimissed. Then, on October 17, Jason Duggar asked to be removed from the lawsuit and also requested its dismissal. His lawyers haven’t officially replied to the lawsuit yet, but they argue that the person suing, Thompson, had no direct contract with Duggar.
