When Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar agreed to do a short documentary for TLC, they didn’t know what would hit them. After Duggar News followers showered it with love, the network decided to rope the huge family in for a full-fledged reality TV show. At first the name of the show was 17 Kids And Counting but as Jim Bob and Michelle kept expanding their family, the name continued to change until it was 19 Kids And Counting.
So, it would be fair to say that lots of viewers have seen the youngest member of the Duggar family grow up on the show. While they remain aware of the everyday life of other adult siblings, they have been curious about the younger ones. Michelle and Jim Bob’s youngest child, Josie Duggar, is definitely one of them! So, where has she been, and how old is she?

The Duggar family was quite rare. No one on TLC had ever seen what it was like to hold down the fort of a family consisting of 19 kids, but Jim Bob and Michelle did. Viewers became familiar with the huge family. In the upcoming seasons, they also saw Josie Duggar welcomed into the world. She was born as a 25-week-old, immature baby and weighed 1 Lb.
Over the new seasons, Jim, Bob, and Michelle would also give intense health updates about their little one. From the moment she was born, she had to be on a ventilator and also had a massive health scare when her vitals suddenly dropped one night. But luckily, the family and the hospital were able to nurse her back to health. Josie was born in 2009.
As Jana Duggar has been in the limelight for her grand wedding, all her family members attended. That’s when longtime Duggar News followers got a glimpse of Josie Duggar. She is 14 years old now. Another one of her sisters, Jinger also posted a wholesome sister of her sister as they posed with smiles from Jana’s celebrations. She looked like a radiant young lady.
As far as Josie’s whereabouts are concerned, she is still a minor. So, the youngest Duggar sibling is still under Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s wing. She is living with the rest of her young siblings like Jordyn, Jennifer and Johanna, in the Arkansas compound with their parents.

Jana and Stephen’s wedding was quite a grand affair. They had over 500 guests who came to celebrate their union. So, it was obvious that the couple’s immediate family was also part of the ceremony. It was rather nostalgic and bittersweet for Duggar News followers to get a glimpse of Josie Duggar. Everyone had seen her on the show when she was just a baby.
After a wedding video of Jana and Stephen started making rounds on the internet, eagle-eyed fans instantly spotted Jodie in it. When the newlyweds first walked infront of their guest after the ceremony ended, the little one appeared in the clip for a few seconds to pat her new brother-in-law on the shoulder. Josie will be celebrating her 15th birthday soon.
