In a new Instagram story, Jill shared a picture of herself after she ran on a treadmill. She called it a game changer as it was helping her with consistency. Duggar News followers couldn’t help but notice a baby bump and have been wondering if Jill will announce her next pregnancy soon. But it’s too soon to tell. Maybe Jill was really using the treadmill to lose some pounds.

Now that viewers suspect Jill may be pregnant again, they believe that could be the reason she wasn’t a bridesmaid. Someone even said her dress for the ceremony had a lot of frills from below.
