She shared a compilation of pictures of a blonde woman with her son Daxton, calling her his “Sweet Meme.” At first, they thought Amy’s own mother, Deanna Duggar, Jim Bob Duggar’s sister, had passed away. But that wasn’t it.
It turns out that Amy was mourning the loss of her mother-in-law, i.e., her husband’s side of the family. She recalled all the moments that made their bond stronger than ever, like their two-hour conversations and her pasta salad. The Duggar News star also mentioned how good of a grandma she was to her son. In the comments, everyone sent her their sincerest prayers and condolences.

Ever since Josh Duggar’s imprisonment, most family members, especially Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, have gone into hibernation.
