Since then, a lot of siblings from the family have also spoken up about their toxic conservative lifestyle, and Amazon also released a documentary regarding the evil practices of the lifestyle they were following. Now, there are enough hints on the internet to suggest that the Duggars might be coming back to TV. Are doing so to undo the damage?
Duggar News: Fans Are Sure They Will Soon See The Duggars On Screen Again!
The Duggar family is no unfamiliar with controversy anymore. At first, fans admired them for showing their unconventional lifestyle with 19 kids on the show 19 Kids And Counting. But soon, allegations about Josh Duggar molesting minors sabotaged their chances of being prominent on TV in a positive light. But that wasn’t the end of it. He is now serving a prison sentence of 12.5 years since his case involving CSAM.
While Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have apologized, they have deterred away from the public eye. Their kids are also lowkey, mostly until recently. Duggar News followers realized how Jana Duggar is back from her social media hiatus. It was a bit strange for viewers to witness this. On top of this, another Duggar sibling, Jessa Seewald, also made a wholesome Mother’s Day post for Michelle Duggar.
Lots of audience members have reasons to believe the Duggars have been teasing their social media return. It could be the reason why the siblings may be showcasing having a good bond with their parents. That would explain why Jessa showered love on her mother, Michelle. Lately, the family has been facing a lot of backlash, be it the Shiny Happy People documentary or Josh’s prison sentence getting extended.
Hence, there is a theory that the Duggars might just return to national TV once again to undo this damage. They have all the reasons to make a comeback to showcase that they are not what the media portrays them to be. But it is too soon to tell unless there is a proper confirmation.
Duggar News: Shiny Happy People Returning For Season 2!
While there is a lot of speculation about Duggar’s coming back on TV, the people willing to expose them aren’t resting either. Last year, Amazon released a documentary, Shiny Happy People, to expose the Duggars for their cult-like religious practices under IBLP, i.e., Institute in Basic Life Principles, a nondenominational Christian fundamentalist organization.
As per some buzz in Georgia, the documentary shall be back with another season. Producer Cori Shepherd Stern mentioned how if Duggar News followers tag Amazon on different social media enough with their requests, then they might just get a new season. They have enough content for to showcase more atrocities surrounding the Duggars. At the same time, Georgia.org’s website says the second season of the show is currently in production.
If this is the case, then the Duggars may have all the more reason to come back on TV to showcase their own narrative against the second season of the Shiny Happy People documentary.
