The landlord, Hachem Investments, INC, revealed that the reality TV star had paid the first installments. However, Dillon has failed to pay the remaining $25000 as a part of the settlement agreement.
As per The US Sun, the landlord demanded, “If Dillon King fails to make timely or full installment payments, he shall be deeded to have confessed to judgment in the lawsuit for $236,728.08.” Hence, King has decided to fight back against the new motion.
