Doubling Down With The Derricos: Deon Admits He ‘Can’t Do This Without’ Karen
The former couple will split the legal and physical custody of their 13 minor children equally. Deon will pay $1,166 per month in child support, while Karen, 44, will cover the children’s medical insurance. Their eldest daughter, Darian, who is an adult, is not included in the filing.
Breaking his silence after the divorce, Deon shared an Instagram post with his family on Tuesday, June 18. “When you have nothing else in this world, as long as you have your great health and family, nothing else really matters!” he wrote in the caption.
The photo was uploaded shortly before a new episode of Doubling Down With the Derricos aired on Wednesday. The episode showed Karen suffering a medical emergency, which led Deon to open up about his relationship with Karen.
“We just need our family and our health,” Deon said. “[When] we go back home, you know, we’re going back to the house that has all these challenges and issues. But it’s like our reality is, no matter what we can get through it.
