Recently, the pair shared the challenges and struggles that they face while getting their kids ready for any activity.
Season 5 has been featuring the new dynamics between the couple as their kids grew older. In the clip, Karen explained how she and her husband divide responsibilities whenever they have to go out. She talked about using the “divide and conquer” method that they always use for their kids. Later, the cameras switched to the scenes where Deon and Karen were getting the kids ready for skiing at Mt. Charleston.
Karen stated, “Derrico has the boys. I have the girls” after explaining the divide and conquer method. Deon was seen getting the boys ready and joking that they looked like a firefighter. Meanwhile, Karen explained in a confessional that they normally take 3 hours to make the kids ready as it’s a constant production going on.
As per TLC, Deon asked the boys if they used the loo as it would be difficult to take the suits off. Moreover, he asked everyone if they wanted to use the restroom. Further, Karen was out of breath after getting all the girls ready and called the process very very time-consuming.
