Abe suffered a terrible head injury after Colin smashed his head with a rolling pin on Days of Our Lives. Thankfully, Abe survived the blow. Moreover, with his surgery being a success, it seemed like the worst was over for Salem’s mayor. Unfortunately, his troubles were only just beginning. He was soon swept away from the hospital by Nurse Whitley. At first, it looked like a dangerous kidnapping, but Whitley showed no inclination toward harming Abe. Whitley Steals Abe As Her Replacement Husband
A mayhem of madness ensued when Nurse Whitley wheeled an amnesiac Abe out of the hospital and into her apartment, all the while pretending to be his wife, Paulina. Ever since then, be has been missing on Days of Our Lives, but Rafe and all of Abe’s loved ones have been trying their best to locate the missing Mayor. However, as soon as Whitley realized that she is swimming against the waves in the ocean of deceit, she upped the stakes of the game!
First, she tried to convince Abe that they indeed are man and wife, by passing off doctored photos of them as their wedding pictures. Later, when she felt that the cops were getting too close, she faked Abe’s death and convinced Salem that Abe had drowned at the docks. However, she kept him safe in her apartment all to herself on Days of Our Lives. All Whitley really had been wanting was to continue playing “house with Abe as her substitute husband. Perhaps, being lonely after her actual husband’s death, has driven Whitley a little nuts, and she can’t tell right from wrong.
Whitley Turns Dangerous, Drugs Abe On Days of Our Lives
While, she intends no harm to Abe, her unpredictable and compromised mind cannot really be trusted! Especially now that he has become so suspicious of her on Days of Our Lives. Moreover, he is not the only one getting suspicious. Although Lani returned home to attend Abe’s memorial, she is beginning to feel that things are not as they seem. After a run-in with Jerry, Lani, and Eli have gained more confidence in the possibility of Abe actually being alive somewhere.
In fact, Jerry has managed to tingle Abe’s spidey senses too! When Abe spotted Jerry on an episode of Body & Soul, he became suspicious as to why “Theo” would be on a soap opera. This led to him asking too many questions to Whitley on Days of Our Lives. The latest spoilers tease that, scared by Abe’s line of questioning, Whitley will inject him with drugs to further mess up his memory. This could be the beginning of Whitley sliding down a dangerous slope!
If the former benign Whitley can resort to drugging Abe, what else can she do if Eli and Lani start backing her in a corner? Could she actually try to take Abe’s life to cover her tracks? It looks like Abe’s life could be in ore danger than he is realizing right now. Thankfully, his loved ones have not given up on trying to find him.
