The minute Harris asked to be put in Bayview on Days of Our Lives, we knew it would bring Ava back to the screen. However, we wondered if the comeback will remain limited to Ava, or circle back to the whole killing Susan Banks story. Our curiosity was satiated when EJ started seeing his mother in his dreams. Furthermore, Ava too started having Susan visions. Although at fist, it seemed like she was hallucinating. But later, it became clear that Susan was sending Ava telepathic messages. So, if Susan really is alive, where could she be? Let’s find out!
Ava and Harris Embark On A Quest
When EJ started dreaming about his mother on Days of Our Lives, he misinterpret them as nightmares. Instead of realizing that his mother is trying to send him messages, he thought it’s a call for vengeance. Thus, he unleashed his rage on Ava, and hired a gun to eliminate her. However, she managed to overpower the assassin, and escaped into the woods with Harris. After narrowly surviving the attack, the two decided to look for Susan.
In one of the telepathic message that Ava got from Susan, she figured that EJ’s mother could be somewhere in London. Thus, the two them few off to England, hoping to track down Susan. However, Jada and Rafe too, have found out about Ava and Harris’ trip across the pond. The police officers are now trying to track down the fugitives. Totally unaware of the fact that Ava could be right about Susan. But if Ava really is right and Susan is alive, what is she doing in London?
Susan Crashing With Edmund On Days of Our Lives
Well, we know Susan knows people in England. After all, she did spend a great deal of time there on Days of Our Lives. However, there is one name that is of prime importance here. Especially, after the “crumb” telepathic message that Ava got from Susan in the September 27, 2023, episode. If you haven’t guessed it already, it is none other than Edmund P. Crumb. If the name isn’t really ringing a bell, he was Susan’s lover back in the 90’s. In fact, the two even got married on the soap!
Susan met Edmund in London after she escaped the DiMera claws with baby EJ on Days of Our Lives. The two fell in love and were to be married. However, Kristen spoiled the party. She kidnapped and sold Susan to a harem. Then took her place and married Edmund. Although later, the real Susan did return and married Edmund for real. Unfortunately, their marriage was short lived and we never really saw Edmund after 1998. But according to the spoilers that could soon change. Susan could actually have reunited with her former lover in England!
