It’s time for celebrations and congratulations for Days of Our Lives actor Brandon Barash and his girlfriend Isabella Devoto, who recently got engaged. The actor who plays the character of Jake DiMera on Days of Our Lives recently took onto his Instagram to share a video of the proposal, and it is nothing less than a dream.
The video starts with Barash and Devoto as they pose with Harper, Brarash’s daughter, with his Ex-wife Kristen Storms. They are on a trek with desert and city behind them. Harper leaves them, and as Barash and Devoto move, Barash suddenly slips in the dirt and falls to the ground. Devoto rushes to his side, and Harper comforts her dad.
All of this is going on when Barash shifts on his knees and asks Devoto to stand up. Someone then hands Barash a small blue box. Seeing that, Devoto, who can’t keep her joy to herself, cries “No!” and bursts into tears. Harper is smiling as she sits next to Barash as he opens the box. He then shows his daughter the ring and asks him to do it. The child gives her soon-to-be stepmom a hug, and Barash asks Devoto to marry him.
In a very romantic proposal, Barash declares that he imagined his life without Devoto, and it sucked. Holding the ring in one of his hands and Devoto’s hands in the other, he says that he will want nothing more in his life than to be her husband. Devoto leans down to hug him, but she can’t seem to stop herself from crying. Teasing her, Barash says that she is crying; he thinks it’s a no. After all of this, Barash places the diamond engagement ring on Devoto’s finger.
All of this is beautiful, but things get even more emotional. Barash gets on his knees and gives a special treat to his daughter. He credits the little girl for bringing the two of them together. He says that he had no idea that they would end up here, but they are because of Harper. To this, little Harper exclaims that she is very happy for the two of them. Seeing this happiness, Barash presents the little girl with a diamond of her own, and these are diamond earrings. All of them get in an emotional group hug where everyone gets swept in a lot of emotions.
Barash’s post has naturally attracted a number of congratulations and good wishes from everyone. His castmates did not stop themselves from pouring the love. Brandon’s ex-wife Kristen was one of the commenters. She says that she is happy for them. She feels more happiness for Isa because she likes her more than Brandon. Storms then concluded the comment with, “Ya did good, Brandon. Congratulations.
Other castmates pouring in love included Robert Scott Wilson, who plays Ben on Days of Our Lives. The actor says that this was an absolute champion move. He then congratulated his co-star.
