After that, Ana finds herself lonely as she breaks all ties with Carlos and Mariana.

By the end of the first season, viewers get to see Anna as she looks at her radiology reports. What we are not sure of is that whether they confirm that she has cancer or not. Mariana feels devastated after Ana asks her to leave, especially because she had confessed her feeling regarding Ana. When Mariana goes to Pablo’s house, she gets even sadder when she finds Cynthia there. Elena, on the other hand, still isn’t over Mariana.
