Counting On: The former reality tv star Josh Duggar had recently bid for suspending the charges of child pornography. But his plea has not been accepted. Josh’s foremost show, 19 Kids and Counting was canceled on July 16, 2015. And the reason behind this is that Duggar’s hidden past was in front of the public. He has molested five girls between 2002 and 2003. Before that, the show was aired on TLC for seven years. After its cancelation, the Duggar family returned in the form of another show, Counting On. However, after running for eleven successful seasons, the spin-off also got canceled. And again, the central point of conflict was Josh Duggar.

Counting On: Judge Denies Dismissing Child Pornography Charges
The Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported that on Monday, the U.S. District Judge Timothy L. Brooks dismissed motions to suppress all statements Duggar made to investigators. Moreover, the photos that were taken of Josh after he was in custody were also denied for being suppressed. Further, as ABC News reported, a federal judge has rejected motions seeking to dismiss child pornography charges against Josh.
The former star has not pleaded guilty, but if convicted, he would face up to 20 years in prison. In addition, he would also have to pay fines of up to $250,000 on each count.
Lately, Duggar’s lawyers argued that the government failed to preserve evidence that could have helped Duggar’s defense. The subsequent jury trial shall be on November 30.

On Monday, the former Counting On star appeared in the public after months of absence. This was when he attended an evidentiary hearing at a Fayetteville court ahead of his trial. The trial is scheduled to be held on November 30. He has pleaded not guilty to both charges. In April, the judge ordered him to live in home confinement with Rebers. Also, Duggar is not allowed to be around any minor, or to be in the company of his six children unless Anna was also present.
The former star was seen holding hands with his pregnant wife, Anna. She is seen standing by his side despite all the charges and the situations she is in. The two share kids Mackynzie, Marcus, Meredith, Mason, and Maryella. And their seventh child is due next month. This is the first time Josh has been seen since he was released from prison.
