As per the initial hearing, he will not be allowed to live with the minors. It clears out that Josh will not be able to live with his family. As per the People‘s report, Josh Duggar, 33, is asking to get the release on bail. Josh was arrested on child pornography charges. Will he get bail so easily? It doesn’t seem easy. The request to the judge quotes, “release him on bail subject to a combination of conditions of release that will reasonably assure his appearance at trial and the safety of the community or any other person.” The statement also claims not to consider Josh Duggar as a flight risk.
Moreover, Duggar argues with the notion stating the fact that he has been in touch with the federal investigation since November. At the same time, Josh does not have any previous criminal records to prove him to be a flight risk and danger to the community. Josh’s lawyer argues that Josh is a public figure and will therefore avoid doing anything which may spoil the name.
Well, what could have been more than being involved in child pornography? Moreover, Josh wants to return to his immediate family, i.e., Anna Duggar and kids. The situation will be hard for Anna to handle. However, the Duggars will definitely be by her side.

The accusations brought against Joshua are very serious, and that this will all be resolved in a timely manner.
