Coronation Street is heating up as Ed Bailey finds himself on a dangerous path as his decisions backfire. With a gambling addiction resurfacing, Ed’s desperate quest for quick cash leads him towards a risky deal with soap villain Damon Hay. Ed’s poor choices have made things harder for him and the entire Bailey family.

Coronation Street: Ed Bailey Teams Up With Villan Damon Hay
Previously, in Coronation Street, we saw that Ed Bailey’s gambling addiction returned and got him in big trouble. As he couldn’t return the money borrowed from Tony, he was planning to leave Coronation Street. But Tony caught him in the act and even punched him. Later, he demanded to sell the gifts and return his money. Poor Ed had no choice but to follow his command. Additionally, when Baileys returned and found Ed injured, he lied about Christmas gifts being stolen.
Now that he has ruined things, he is in search of fast cash to make things better. Just when he was looking for the right opportunity, Damon Hay knocked on his door. After his return, the villain Damon offers Ed a job to renovate a Coronation Street bar. Ed is desperate to earn money in order to clear his debts, and hence, he accepts it.
Coronation Street villain Damon promises to pay him before the builder’s yard is sold. He discloses that he is going to get the money from the Bistro that his brother lent them. Meanwhile, Dee-Dee doesn’t like the idea of Ed being involved with Damon. She warns her dad and advises that he should back up. But it doesn’t seem like Ed is going to step back. How will this go?
