Coronation Street: Gemma Is In Trouble, Liam Wants To Leave The School
In the upcoming week of Coronation Street, Joseph gets sick, but Gemma sends him to school, thinking he will be fine. But when Chesney is called to bring up Joseph from school, he yells at Gemma for not knowing he was sick. Later, things worsen when Joseph faints. A startled Chesney calls an ambulance, and the doctor tells him Joseph was poisoned. Gemma is horrified when everyone doubts she poisoned Joseph on purpose. Chesney and Joseph return home from the hospital with a child protection officer who wants to interview her. Is Gemma in big trouble?
Liam tries to leave the school, but Maria refuses. After hearing Liam ask Dylan about the vapes at school, Mrs. Crawshaw orders Dylan to her office as Mason (Luca Toolan) glares at him. Meanwhile, on the cobbles, George watches Liam being bullied at school and attempts to persuade him to talk before telling Gary. Later, Gary makes things harder for Liam after he learns about his son being bullied.
Ed Bailey is surprised when Grandad Sarge arrives early on Corrie next week. When Sarge arrives, Ronnie suggests a big family supper, insisting he and Ed pay. Sarge dives about his business at the Bailey family’s cafe gathering, unaware that Ed’s gambling cost them their home.
Ronnie pays for lunch and offers Ed half later. Ed tells Tony he can’t pay him since he’s a gambler who lost everything. Ed begs Tony not to say anything as Ronnie approaches. Later that week, Sarge overstays his welcome before saying his firm is suffering and he needs £2,000 to borrow. Ronnie offers to lend him the money with Ed. Will Ed confess?
Lauren Accused For Stealing While A New Romance Blossoms
In the coming week of Coronation Street, Shona spots Lauren away from the call center, but she pretends to switch shifts. Later, Lauren gives Max a new watch to thank him for his help, but he is concerned she spent too much. Lauren pretends to get a promotion at the call center.
A skeptical Shona listens as Max returns the watch to Lauren, saying the present is too lavish. Bernie counts café sales and finds they’re £80 short as the day goes on. Bernie informs Shona that £80 is missing from the till, and Shona accuses Lauren of taking the money to buy the watch and suspends her. Will Lauren be found guilty?
Asha proposes they go out, but Nina says she’s meeting her college buddies. Asha encourages Nina not to cancel because she will meet Isla. Nina tells Asha she’s excited to have lunch with Isla and Miles after Aadi suggests they make time for one other’s friends. Nina hears Asha tell Miles and Isla she’s a fashion designer as she arrives at Speed Daal. Will this lunch lead to complications between Asha and Nina?
Meanwhile, Cobbles is about to witness another romance as Ryan accepts Crystal’s invitation to a new pub in town with open arms when she pays him a visit at the restaurant.
