Coronation Street spoilers suggest that Bobby Crawford’s sudden change of statement puts Daniel Osbourne back in the hot seat. In the upcoming week, the teacher will be forced to face tough questions from DS Swain- once again. It all starts when the court denies Roy Cropper’s bail.
Viewers must know that Roy has been arrested as the prime suspect in Lauren’s case. However, according to Coronation Street spoilers, Bobby feels guilty as he was the first one to report the cafe owner. He immediately rushed to the police station to share a fake update.
In front of Police officers, Bobby claims he saw someone else at Lauren’s flat before her disappearance- and it definitely wasn’t Roy. He describes that the man was wearing a coat with a fur-trimmed hood. But in an attempt to save Roy, he accidentally shifts the suspicion to Daniel.
As per the latest spoilers, Cassie Plummer discovers a coat matching Bobby’s description. And guess who’s the owner? It’s Daniel! This leads to Daniel being dragged back to the station for questioning! However, he manages to walk free… for now.
As the week continues, he decides to meet up with his ex, Nicky Wheatley, on Bethany’s advice. It’s merely an attempt to collect more clues about Lauren, who was reported to be involved in sex work.
