Coronation Street spoilers say that Carla Connor and Bobby Crawford are all set to face the consequences of deceiving the law. Viewers already know that Roy Cropper is currently the main suspect in Lauren Bolton’s case and is facing jail. Initially, Bobby believed the cafe owner was guilty.
However, when he realised his mistake, he tried to make up for it by giving a false statement to the police. He claimed to have seen an intruder at Lauren’s flat. Although this made Carla super furious, she decided to support her nephew anyway. Coronation Street spoilers recall that this caused a huge argument between her and Roy.
Next week, DS Swain inquires about the reason behind Carla’s fallout with Roy. Nevertheless, Carla dismisses the topic abruptly. Soon after, the police officer turns to Roy and questions if their disagreement is linked to Bobby’s statement. And guess what? Roy ends up revealing the truth.
