Coronation Street: Will Audrey Be Able To Retire Peacefully?
In the November 13, 2023, episode of Coronation Street, Audrey Roberts stunned David Platt and Max Turner when her hands started shaking. After her son Stephen Reid’s death, David and Max have been watching the salon. Audrey recently decided to take out Kirk Sutherland’s haircut when he arrived. As Kirk sat down, Audrey picked up the clippers; her hands began shaking while she moved closer to the side of Kirk’s head.
Audrey immediately rushed out, but David confronted his gran in the Bistro. Audrey confessed that hairdressing terminology has evolved significantly since the salon’s launch, and she now has no idea what to do. David said, “Yes, you have had a wonderful career, but there’s nothing wrong with recognising it’s time to hang up the scissors.” Audrey answered David that, while she wanted to do it, she needed the money for survival because Stephen had left her with very little.
In previous episodes of Coronation Street, we saw Stephen being murdered by Peter Barlow. Audrey discovered that he had stolen the majority of her money. Furthermore, Audrey and Stephen messed up the Underworld staff when he switched the factory’s money balance into a fake one he put up. Carla Connor and Sarah Platt are working really hard to get things on track at Underworld. What do you think? Will Audrey retire peacefully? Let us know in the comments.
