Coronation Street Star Ryan Prescott Teases Upcoming Ryan-Daisy Twist
Ryan Connor recently made his way back to Coronation Street. However, his intention behind the shocking comeback was unclear. Recently, actor Ryan Prescott dropped major hints about Ryan’s motives in the town. The actor teased a second for Daisy Midgeley and his character’s relationship.
Viewers must recall that Ryan left Weatherfield and moved to Glasgow with his new girlfriend, Crystal Hyde, around the holiday season. It was the aftermath of his and Daisy’s shocking affair revelation. In a conversation with TV Times, the Coronation Street star revealed Ryan did spend a year in Glasgow with Crystal, but they ultimately fell apart.
The soap star pinned Ryan-Crystal’s separation on Ryan’s inevitable attachment to Daisy. He said, “It got to the point where he saw no future with Crystal and felt the pull of what was waiting for him back home.” Prescott confirms that Ryan is resolute that he won’t shy away from the truth anymore on his journey to Coronation Street.
The actor shared that Ryan told some crazy lies last year. It became so bad that he began to ‘hate’ his existence. Now, he vows he will never go back to that phase. Coronation Street star shared, “He quickly finds out that Daniel [Osbourne] is with Bethany Platt and feels encouraged to go for it with Daisy.”
