Julie has been away from her husband and kids for 13 months now. During this time, she faced many things. But the worst might have been her cancer scare in prison. Chrisley Knows Best: Will Julie Have An Early Prison Release To Get Cancer Treatment?
While in prison, Julie and Todd have faced many hardships. As millionaires, the Chrisley Knows Best couple had the best of everything (pun intended). But now, the couple is in separate prisons and living in bad conditions, as they reported. Todd has often openly complained about these conditions.
Julie had been making entries in a diary while she was in prison. Her daughter Savannah has been sharing excerpts from the diary on her Unlocked podcast. And in the recent The Prison Diaries Series episode, she shared another except. Savannah revealed Julie’s doctors in prison told her she might have cancer. Now, the fans are concerned and feel that the prison might release her early so that she can get proper treatment.
The star’s HCG levels were at “10.2,” which was very high. Since this high level means pregnancy, and that wasn’t possible, the other chance was a tumor. Fans are concerned about Julie since Savannah revealed that the prison lacks many amenities and also educated doctors. With the hearing coming up, many fans feel there is a chance Julie might get out of Jail early. They believe the prison might release her much before her scheduled release for cancer treatment.
Many fans felt bad that the Chrisley Knows Best star was scared and alone in prison. They hope Julie can get the much-needed treatment. But that might not be possible in prison, as the authorities denied even a basic blood work request. So, the fans feel the judge might have some pity and might release Julie early for cancer treatment. But nothing is confirmed as of yet.
Chrisley Knows Best: Julie’s Cancer Scare In Prison
Savannah shared a new excerpt from Julie’s journal in her The Prison Diaries Series. In the new Unlocked podcast episode, Savannah read that her mother, Julie, had a cancer scare in prison. Julie had requested blood work, but the prison authorities denied this. However, they later called her to the doctor’s office for an appointment.
Julie had written in her diary that she was more valuable to her family “dead” than alive. Savannah held back tears while reading her mother’s diary entry. Then, when The Chrisley Knows Best star had to go for a doctor’s appointment on December 17, she thought it was a gynecologist checkup. But it turned out to be something unthinkable. The doctor told Julie her HCG levels were 10.2, which was very high.
High levels of HCG mean pregnancy. But that wasn’t a possibility so that the next possible outcome might be the presence of a tumor. Julie was in shock after the appointment. She could understand how everything had happened and missed her husband, Todd, a lot. But then, the star pulled herself together.
The star decided she would get a “scan” and “blood work.” However, she held off telling her family about it for a long time. Stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers to know more about Julie’s cancer and the rest of the updates from the Chrisley Knows Best cast.
