As mentioned above, Todd and Julie got a prison sentence and will serve jail time for 19 years combined. At the same time, Todd will do time for 12 years and his partner for seven years. As the couple continued to maintain their innocence, they wanted bail. As per the court records, the officials denied their motion for bail pending appeal.
Therefore, both Todd and Julie will have to turn themselves into prison on January 17. While the famous wife is going to Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp Marianna, her partner will be spending his 12-year sentence in Federal Prison Camp Pensacola. As far as Julie’s institution is concerned, a source stated that it is going to be like a “college dorm” situation. That’s because there are no fences or barbed wires. While there are cameras and screens, it is a comparatively “relaxed” place.
On the other hand, Todd’s prison, FPC Pensacola, is a male-only institution with minimum security spread across 23 acres. The viewers doubt if their appeal will also get approved. Their new lawyers have been working on the case to get them justice.

The Chrisley Knows Best couple said that their workers, Mark Braddock and Donna Cash demeaned them by doing these crimes for their own benefit. However, new reports suggest that Donna ended up giving false testimony because she stated that Todd and Julie had “no knowledge” of the crimes.
Donna also stated that she “hacked” the couple’s voicemail to delete “voice messages” from the bank. She also said that Mark Braddock was the one who had filed “false claims” with the BP oil spill fund. The testimony turned out to be false as the officials discovered “audio evidence” of Julie asking for a cheque from the claim. Hence, a lot of lies have trailed behind the couple.
