Recently, Jay revealed to People that Todd’s “home confinement case” is under “internal” investigation these days. It was earlier rejected, but they have applied for it again. As per the attorney, they are putting up the request under the “CARES Act.” However, many applications, including Todd’s, were “rejected.” As per Jay, the person in charge simply didn’t want to do it! He further added that, within no time, the “period for the application expired.” Moreover, Todd wasn’t even given “due consideration” when it came to the “home confinement case” of him.
