Former Chrisley Knows Best star Savannah Chrisley didn’t stop herself from exposing the harsh conditions of prisons where her parents are housed. While she has always been vocal about it, she recently revealed that FPC Pensacola, which has held Todd, has no heat. Calling his situation “heartbreaking,” she highlighted how Florida is under a snowstorm.
So, this time, the Pensacola area almost received nine inches of snow. As a result, many of Todd’s fellow inmates wore multiple layers of sweatpants, sweatshirts, and socks so as not to freeze to death. Savannah also informed fans that no hot water was available in certain parts of the prison since the workers didn’t turn up. Furthermore, she claimed that there was out-of-date food, rat-infested kitchens, no air conditioning, and even blackmail.
Chrisley Knows Best: Savannah Struggles With Uncertainty Over Todd’s Future!
During a recent episode of the Unlocked podcast, Savannah Chrisley opened up about Todd’s uncertain future. Chrisley Knows Best star will be taken out of Pensacola prison for another one because it will close down. This bittersweet news made Savannah teary as she had no idea where her father would land and thereby faced more struggles.
So far, Savannah doesn’t know which prison Todd will be sent to serve the rest of his 12-year federal prison sentence. As a daughter, he is anxious about the outcome. Some rules are followed when transferring an inmate. According to U.S. laws, prisoners are within 500 miles of their families.
“FPC Pensacola is closing down. It’s a bittersweet feeling.” Savannah said this while showing mixed emotions about it. While doubts and questions clouded her mind, she was happy because the prison had inhumane conditions. She said that no one should endure the poor treatment in that place.
Noting this, Savannah said that Todd might be going to New York as a payback. She mentioned that a woman in Pensacola doesn’t like the latter. The woman has warned to send him to NYC, making it difficult for Savannah and her siblings to see him frequently. However, the latter believes that nothing of this sort will happen.
