Because of this, everyone had been curious whether his win meant Todd and Julie could get out of prison. The Chrisley Knows Best star has maintained that her parents are innocent and should be with the rest of the family. Well, times get tough when the holiday season is just around the corner. So, Savannah opened up about the same.
It turns out Savannah had asked the kids whether they would want to take a trip for Christmas or get gifts. So, they decided for the former. Hence, they flew out of the country for the celebration. Savannah did say things aren’t the same for them since Todd and Julie have been in prison. So, they won’t be pretending to not acknowledge that.
Many viewers thought the family could have celebrated by going to meet Todd and Julie in prison but they weren’t going to do so. But Savannah was positive that her parents may get out of prison by next year and things won’t be so bad. The star then commended her family for being “strong” and having “strong genes” to get through these tough times.
